With over 40 years of experience in the worlds of nightclubs, restaurants, hotels, bars, private members clubs, production and entertainment we are the official ambassadors of fun and can make almost anything happen for you.

Our way of working is transparent – clients contracts are directly with the venue so you can see how each penny is being spent – this service is free

The Jiant venue finding and party planning process:

We take all the stress and time out of trying to find a venue or adding anything extra for the extra wizz or theming or production that you may require .  We start out by sending you a short list of questions, then wave our magic wand and within 24-48 hours a lovely shiny proposal arrives with you, listing, simple clear recommendations of venues that will fit your brief and budget.  We then arrange a time to take you to view the favourites - which often includes a cocktail or glass of wine.  Once you’ve selected your venue, you don’t have to leave your desk till the tasting and then finally the big night itself – at the event, you can get on with enjoying yourself, as we’ll be there to make sure everything runs like clockwork.

Parties:  making the use of clubs, bars, restaurants, rooftops, members clubs we throw the best parties whether for summer, launch, christmas, birthday and anniversary - private or corporate - we are the London party and event superheroes - the original ambassadors of fun – we will give you the party of the century!   Whether it’s a private party or a corporate event (for staff or clients), we will find you the right London venue to match your requirments, showing you a selection of venues from the comfort of your desk.  Followed by taking you on site visits, negotiating the best deals on hire, drinks and food, setting up tastings, ensuring that you, as a client of jiant, will receive the best service and treatment, both running up to, during and post event.  To top it all off, our venue finding and party planning services are totally free of charge. 

Summer parties – with a huge portfolio of venues and inside information about what is new and about to open, we will fnd you the perfect summer and rooftop party venue with outside space, a terrace or a garden and a contingency plan incase of rain – this we offer all totally free of charge. Plus our entertainment and bespoke theming.

Christmas parties– with over 40 years of experience and contacts between us, we are able to match a brief with a venue within 24 – 48 hours, aiming for that hole in one- that perfect christmas party venue, where your guests can have the time of their lives and one that will appeal to all tastes and ages - this service is free of charge. Plus our entertainment and bespoke theming

Just party or birthday parties – if you are just having a party and want somewhere great the superheroes at jiant will find you just that.  Private members clubs are sprouting up all over London and are brilliant places to put on a good old party they are often busiest during the week and offer great deals on the weekends.  Between us we have memberships or connections with pretty much every private club in London and will always find you a great venue for your party, whether it’s a club, bar, restaurant, hotel, private residence or private members club – this service is free of charge. Plus our entertainment and bespoke theming

We love to eat and also love London’s best restaurants and bars… London has so many amazing venues and resturants for dinners or lunches, with a variety of styles, ambience and foods to suit any taste and requirment – the superheroes at jiant will match your brief to the right venue, for the right money and help you plan your dinner from start to finish, working with venues we know and trust to deliver delicious food and excellent service on the night  – the event & party eaters extraordinaire.

Private – for a birthday or any type of celebration, we have the perfect location for your dinner

Corporate – client, initernal, low key or show off – jiant has a huge portfolio of places to eat, impress and enjoy a great night of eating.  Indoor, outdoor with views, or nestled in a basement on a cold winter’s night.

Private party island hire

Private party island hire – for those of you that want to do something totally out of the box, London’s event and party planning superheroes have a close relationship with a private party island only 90 minutes drive from central London.  There is nothing quite like this venue and it can be hired for anything from a day to a number of nights.  It can sleep up to 160 in accomodation or up to 500 in tents.  It is rustic, stylish and can cater for pretty much any type of event: private dinner, birthday, party, festival, meeting, activity, team building, motivational workshops or weddings.

Our portfolio is filled with diiferent styles of Londons best venues, which suit all kinds of events.   We don’t just specialise in party venues, we have a large selection of venues for and a lot of experienve organising conferences, awards, agm’s and presentations as well.  – not just the ambassadors or fun, but the consuls of conference too!  Don't forget, this service is free of charge!
